Driver did not show up.
Messaged me 20 minutes before saying I have to arrange my own ride because there was a problem at her son's school. No effort made to send alternate driver.
Kuala Lumpur city is 1 hour away from the airport. I booked a Grab to the airport and fortunately made it in time. Really disappointed that I was put in that position. Hope I get refunded.

As driver I wouldn't advise you to work with this people they are so racist they will create a group which it's supposed to help you to get the details of the clients.. and approve the documents of the car on the app.. I have uploaded Cars 3 years ago and they've never been approved after I decided to exit the group that's when they block my app for no good reason they are such a racist Chinese
My family had a scheduled airport transfer from Dubai International Airport on the morning of 18.02.2026, after landing shortly after 7:00am. Unfortunately, the driver did not arrive until after 9:00am, resulting in a waiting time of over two hours.
This was particularly difficult as my grandmother, who is elderly, was travelling with them and had to remain at the airport for an extended period after a long international flight.
When I contacted the company to understand the delay, I was informed that Ramadan was a contributing factor. However, based on my understanding of local traffic conditions at that time of the morning, this explanation was unclear. Additionally, I found the communication during the follow-up call to be unhelpful, and the call ended before the matter could be properly discussed.
I understand that delays can sometimes occur, but clearer communication and better coordination would have significantly improved the experience, particularly given the needs of elderly passengers.
I hope the company reviews its processes to ensure more reliable service and improved customer communication in the future.

My ride was cancelled by their system due to an alleged payment security issue. The payment card was valid, active, and had no problems. There was no warning, no verification request, and no attempt to resolve anything before cancelling. The message even admits the card may have been flagged by mistake.Despite the cancellation being entirely their fault, the ride was marked as non refundable. I did absolutely nothing wrong, yet I am expected to pay for a ride that never happened.Cancelling a first-time customer’s ride without notice and then refusing a refund is unacceptable. If this is how new customers are treated, I cannot imagine how issues are handled later.Avoid if you want reliability, basic customer care, or fair treatment.
As a travel agent, I booked a transfer for my guests.The driver contacted me via WhatsApp the day before the transfer to confirm the booking. He even arrived ahead of schedule, which was ideal for the guests, as they had already check out and were waiting at the reception. The car was clean, and the ride was comfortable. The driver was friendly and helped the guests with their luggage. My guests were very satisfied and highly recommend him.
I have used Elife several times now between Side and Antalya Airport, Turkey. They are always on time, friendly drivers and clean, comfortable vehicles. I booked them this week and was very stressed with delays on my flight and a missed connection. They organized my transfer without a problem even though I was hours late and early hours of the morning. Thank you, and will continue booking ELife (through Hoppa.)
Kim Jina was the most wonderful driver who was caring and made sure things ran smoothly! This was my first time in South Korea and she did her best to make sure the pickup was nice and efficient. Very thoughtful when driving even providing water.
Absolutely unacceptable and completely unreliable service.On the first ride, the driver failed to meet me in the arrivals hall as clearly agreed, causing unnecessary stress after landing. To make matters worse, the driver was smoking inside the car, which is shocking, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for a paid transfer service.On the return journey to Stansted Airport, the service collapsed entirely. The driver never showed up, did not contact me, and did not answer the phone despite multiple calls. I was left stranded and forced to book an Uber at the last minute, which made me late for the airport and at risk of missing my flight.This company shows a total lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer care. Airport transfers require reliability. This service delivers the opposite. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using this company if timing and peace of mind matter to you.
