Just another 1 star review saying the EXACT SAME THING all of these other 1 star reviews say about FriendzTravel scamming people. If youre here right after receiving a call from them trying to make you pay more, most likely your card hasnt been charged yet and if so, LOCK YOUR CARD RIGHT NOW! Literally stop what youre doing, go to your CC app and lock it now! Spoke w CapitalOne and they said to do this immediately and that I can dispute it if it hits my card later on just keep all receipts and correspondence.
After missing our flight to London, we called British Airways for having another ticket. We had Miss Jessica Jackson on line, and she provided all help required. She was professional, very kind and everything was soon solved. We are very satisfied with this help and thank her very much

A Total Scam Agency! They pretend to be BA and find charges that do not exist!! I was almost paying them £120 for them to take my daughter’s flight off a “stand by” or “waiting list” due to too many attempts to do the check in online. In fact she was unable to due this online but had no issues at the airport. She then confirmed at the airport with the BA staff that they do not ever charge at the desk. The agent at this agency assured me that my daughter would pay double at the airport!! What a disgrace of a misleading deceiving agency or company or whatever they are!!!
The representative was deceptive and unhelpful. They booked a flight for me but failed to send my e-ticket or confirmation number. After promising to send it in two hours, I called back only to find out that my booking had been canceled and they rebooked me on a later flight. After waiting another four hours with no e-ticket in my email, I called again and was told they couldn't confirm my booking. When I requested a refund, I was informed it would take five days. Eventually, I received a partial refund, but the agency still owes me $385.00.
