I would actually rate this site and product with a zero for sure because my first ever e was very bad. They say that the product has been delivered but I never received it. This is a total SCAM and I am so sorry that I even tried this. They don’t even reply to the email and also there is no phone number to reach them. Pure B.S./Total Scam, Not happy.
Wish I read the reviews. O mg bad my hair is stripped coarse and unmanageable I have had to put on a mask twice now the first time I only left my mask on 20 mins and I couldn't get my brush through my hair. Any one with dyed hair really needs to avoid it because it's actually damaged my hair. I doubt it will make any difference to the hair loss if nothing else I think I have lost hair because it's so striping to it. It looked like a good shampoo consistency was nice but effect was terrible 😔. It's not that cheap so I thought I'd try it I'm going back to the morrocanoil. It's expensive but worth every single penny now to me. Bad company that doesn't say it is not for women with treated hair.
This seller is completely untrustworthy. They charged me twice, with the second charge being 300% higher. I ordered a bottle of organic shampoo but received a small travel-sized bottle from an unknown brand instead. Additionally, I never got the Rice Exfoliator. The return address led to a person in a Vape and Smoke Shop, not a legitimate beauty company. I wouldn’t risk using their products given the uncertainty about their contents. It's advisable to alert your bank, cancel your card, and request a new one. Truly deceptive practices!
If I could rate this lower than one star, I would. This feels like a scam. They claim you need to sign up for a subscription (which I never did), yet they keep charging unauthorized amounts even after supposedly canceling orders. There’s no real customer service, just a generic email response. It's best to steer clear - this is definitely a scam!
Regrettably, I can't give zero stars. I bought shampoo from this site in early December 2025 and received it, but it was not a good product. My bank informed me that this company has charged me over £167.00. I've attempted to contact the seller but have had no luck. This feels like a scam; I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller.
Completely untrustworthy! All the other reviews are accurate. I had the same experience as my mother. She saw the shampoo advertised, I placed an order, unaware of the hidden weekly subscription! I never even received the original order, and they charged my bank another £35 for a small bottle of so-called hair growth shampoo! Cancelling the subscription is nearly impossible, but after emailing them, they managed to cancel it for me. Please be cautious and avoid this service! GOD bless 🙌.
I still haven't received the initial item, yet I've been charged for a membership I was unaware of. Now I'm attempting to cancel, but it's nearly impossible; the website keeps showing an error loading the page, and there's no contact number available. It's a complete nightmare. So frustrating!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I bought 2 bottles for the price of one, and within a week, they deducted money from my account. When I requested a refund, they claimed I had pressed a subscription button (which does not exist) and denied my refund. I strongly condemn this company and hope that those involved face serious consequences. I wish I could rate this with zero stars.
