As a resident, I have faced attacks from staff members who lied to protect themselves. They allowed a male resident to assault me twice without reason and attempted to shift the blame onto me. The staff found the situation amusing and laughed about it.
I applied for a position with this organization, which claims to prioritize client care. However, my experience revealed an unprofessional and unskilled workforce lacking social abilities. I filed a complaint regarding discrimination but my concerns were dismissed. This organization struggles with acknowledging problems, which hinders improvement. The negative reviews here support my assessment. Anyone referring clients to this organization should reevaluate their care standards.
I was offered a job but my application was withdrawn unexpectedly during the police verification process. After reapplying and being shortlisted again, I was promised a response within 48 hours but received nothing despite my follow-ups.
