All in All, Natural Clinic is great clinic for your hairtransplant in Turkey. A shout-out to Lina Hassan who was my Medical Advisor and stayed connected throughout the complete journey. From the first proposal to arrival, during the operation and even afterwards. Lina made us feel safe and secure during the whole process. And that was needed because there are moments that you feel insecure or uncomfortable. I really appreciated that. The Natural clinic are treating multiple hairtransplant procedures per day. That is an advantage because that build experience, knowledge and a skilled and trained team. The downside is that they tend to have not enough individual focus and care about well-being during the long procedure (7,5hours). If it wasn’t for Lina I would have given a lower rating
I was excited about the hair transplant training, shame, they sugar coat everything, I was left unsupervised, was promised training in English by an experienced dr called Tarik Pak, who never showed up, his non-medical assistant was mostly absent, i had to message her to come and explain/translate, she was there for no more than 5-10 mins. It was a choas, there was no structure, theory document was mostly empty or half pages showing images, it was poorly arranged. I was pressurised to make payment asap, the focus was never on issues with the course but demanding payment and threatening me each time. Their communication was awful. I lost over 7000euros. They have no complainta procedure, so as a foreign dr, they deceived me. They create a big hype about the superstars getting cosmetic surgeries done there but they don't reveal their dark side of deception. I would strongly WARN drs or trainees from taking up courses with them.

Dear Sir or Madam,I am writing to you one last time regarding the deposit of €2,530 paid to your clinic in 2021 for a cosmetic surgery procedure that was ultimately cancelled before any medical act or treatment was performed.Despite the cancellation having been duly communicated and no service having been rendered, the deposit was never refunded, nor was any clear and detailed justification of actual costs ever provided.I am fully aware that time has passed since the initial payment. Nevertheless, the fact remains that: • no medical procedure took place, • no benefit was received, • and the full amount of €2,530 was retained without transparent justification.At this stage, my intention is to seek an amicable and professional resolution of this matter. However, if no satisfactory response is provided, this situation may unfortunately be brought to the attention of: • medical tourism platforms, • international patient networks, • and public review platforms, in a strictly factual and documented manner.This is not my preferred option. I believe it is in both parties’ interest to resolve this matter discreetly and professionally.I therefore kindly request that you: • either confirm the refund of the €2,530 deposit, or • provide a detailed written breakdown of the exact costs you claim to have incurred,within 10 days of receipt of this message.I trust that your clinic values its international reputation and patient relations, and I remain open to resolving this matter without escalation.I look forward to your written response.Sincerely,Elisabeth Nouni
We came from the UK, when entering I can only describe a Beautiful clinic clean and warm! Staff are extremely friendly and supportive! We came for my husbands hair transplant and we are that happy we will be back in September for further treatments for both him and myself.

If you were skeptical like I was, please allow Dorrin the opportunity to talk to you about the future you see for yourself because she can help it become a reality. And she can do it all and make it look effortless. She has access to the top surgeons for any situation, not just plastics surgery. It’s her intuition, her kindness, and her good heart that puts you at ease and she will work hard for you to give you a second chance at life as she did for me. The service provided fronm start to finish is outstanding the booking and planning guy I talked to is invaluable to the firm helping me out in all sorts of things going beyond the call of duty giving 110 % and without LEWIS CHAPMAN then I might have failed to get there because of a missed connection and he is considered more of a friend than an employee the running of the Natural clinic is like clockwork a slick organisation the trechnology and equipment and experience seems second to none and of the two dentists they were excellent and special mention to the Lady dentist who fashioned my new smile she was a real expert as far as I was concerned and I am ecstatic with the results the whole organisation I also had another procedure treated such is the confidence I have in expertise and was to treat a bacterial infection was expertly treated by the Lady at the stem cell hair renewal site and aftercare products recomended and it remains free from infection so yes a great all-round place with its finger on the pulse of things I can thouroghly recommend the Natural clinic I am highly delighted with the outcome of my treatment
