very long withdrawal, from May 29 until today, June 2, my withdrawal has not been processed. I have asked for help through the "help desk" but there has been no response until now. and I have also sent an email to support @ emar markets.com but the answer is like a bot. no representative staff from emar markets contacted me to provide clarity.
What a disgrace!! Took long enough to respond to my ticket and what’s more garbage is there’s no live support!!! You need to change your live support name to live robot if you dont provide real human interaction!!! Your delayed and no responds to my ticket about deposit issues have cost me to missed a big fortune and opportunity in trading and it is unacceptable!!! You should compensate about this!!
my withdrawal was declined 3 times, contact support but no respond,tried to chat at live chat but was chatting with the bot. longest withdrawal request ever more than 24 hours still pending.(No email or call to update my open ticket or support email, 26april got notification from ewallet sticpay received withdrawal. hard to contact support)
