My trading acc disable to close the position and open the position. From 28th june until now 30th june not solve. Ask for ticket but look like no answer with human. Maybe only bot answer my problem but not solve. What happen with this broker, dont know.

Website Crash Issue

Hey how long could it take its been 3 days since the website down and my money is still in there , The ib said that you are upgrading to MT5 and the maintainance is until 11 pm last night but today still cannot happened help me out plis, and the ib group also cannot chat and reply , they close the chat and didnt reply messages something fishy going on here, i have been using it since 2023 and how can this become and the IB was making jokes that the broker is gonna run , please dont make jokes like this it will make people doesnt trust
