Did not receive the correct order

My mom and I ordered a teacher sweatshirt for my sister's birthday in November. It took over a month to arrive, and instead of the bright pink sweatshirt we ordered, a red one was sent. When I reached out for a replacement, I was informed that errors can happen, despite their satisfaction guarantee policy. If you order from this platform, don't expect it to arrive on time or in the color you chose.

Fraudulent service

Fraudulent service. I never received my item. Based on other reviews, even those who received their orders reported poor quality. This resembles a scam site where you likely won't get what you paid for.

SCAM!

SCAM! The shipping time is excessive, and all communication seems automated with no real human response. My shirts arrived with multiple spelling errors and incorrect colors, plus the symbol used wasn’t even appropriate for the medical field! AVOID THIS SERVICE!

Poor quality and unresponsive

The shirts are of low quality, and the service is unresponsive regarding issues. I was offered a $3 refund on a $50 product that arrived in terrible condition, with the sweatshirt pulled in all directions due to threading.

Disappointed with the order

I ordered a chenille embroidered sweatshirt, but the chenille is so thick that it looks like a big orange blob, making it unreadable. I also requested an embellishment on the sleeve, which did not arrive. I’ve emailed customer support but haven’t received any response.

SCAM company

SCAM company. If you think the five-star reviews on the website are genuine, they are not. They printed a T-shirt of my dog that was overly saturated with orange, and my family and friends joked about it, calling it 'demon dog.' Customer service is unhelpful; despite providing photo evidence, they insist the print was correct. I requested a reprint with appropriate saturation, but they refuse. Don’t let this be your loss.
