After calling 111 in the middle of the night on Saturday, I tried to get an emergency appointment with the local dentists they suggested with no luck. I came across Emerdency after a google search. I checked their reviews and was impressed. I was in agony so decided to book a slot on their website with the nearest practice to me, which was 1 1/2 hours away from where I live, I was desperate. From speaking to the receptionist on the phone, to arriving and being greeted by the dental nurse, my experience was fantastic. The dentist explained my options and talked me through each step to keep me reassured and informed. I decided on root canal instead of extraction and I cannot fault my experience from start to finish. Highly recommend using this dentist practice. Thank you so much for helping me when I was in so pain.
