I booked an emergency dental appointment through these charlatons. I then found another dentist who could see me on the same day rather than the following day, which is the only appointment I could book through emerdency.I cancelled the appointment and asked for a refund, only to be told today that it was non refundable.Absolutely DISGUSTING SERVICE and tantamount to THEFT!
Very nice place, professional and kind staff. Especially doctor Ali. He took a good care of me. After being sent home with tooth ache being told to take paracetamol. He took good care of me he was as eager to solve my problem. He was very gentle and nice, I wasn’t scared at all. He checked what’s going on and half an hour later the pain was gone.
I was so pleased to be able to make an emergency appointment so quickly and easily via the web page. When I arrived at the dentist I was dealt with efficiently and effectively and given further advice for future care. Very good service
