Absolutely amazing!!Lush products if you didn’t know are both vegan and cruelty free which meets both of my requirements.Animal testing is a horrible and unnecessary procedure which is why I love brands like Lush.Lush products also smell amazing especially the body washes which I have been purchasing for years.Lush is my go-to.
Fantastic service I was served by Lou she was absolutely so sweet she told me every detail of the bath bomb and smiling every minute and was so lovely best experience ever in lush
The service is only satisfactory when everything runs perfectly, but if you encounter issues with customer support, you're left in a difficult position. My order seems to have been damaged during shipping, resulting in non-delivery. I've been attempting to resolve this for weeks without any success. The treatment of customers is truly disappointing.
My time with the company was deeply unsettling. I faced threats of violence on two occasions and experienced dishonesty and bullying from the HR team and management. Despite becoming a whistleblower, it led to no positive change. It's a dreadful environment dominated by bullies!

The brand consistently demonstrates that quality and enjoyment can coexist.

When shopping online, I can't experience the scents, and in-store, the overwhelming fragrances can be quite intense. I did find some decent items for my daughters while looking for Christmas gifts, but this place isn't my top choice.
I visited the store today and spoke with a young lady who was incredibly helpful. I shared my concerns regarding my hair and mentioned a shampoo a friend had recommended for hair growth. To my surprise, she generously offered me the shampoo as a kind gesture. She genuinely cared about my situation and wanted to support my journey toward hair regrowth. Such a thoughtful and kind person. Thank you!

The website is not very user-friendly for those with ADHD. It would be great if the company could simplify the layout and improve loading times. It's so slow and hard to navigate that I ended up leaving the site and purchasing from another platform.
