I hesitated to buy since I hadn’t heard of this business before, but I’m so glad I did. This is the most incredible and spacious crossbody bag I’ve ever owned. As a photographer, it fits my camera, two lenses, seven batteries, a flash, and all my personal items. Being a plus-sized individual, it can be challenging to find a bag that sits comfortably, and I was thrilled when I tried it on.
I decided to take advantage of a buy one get one free promotion I saw online. When I checked my order status, it indicated delivery on the 10th, but I had ordered on the 16th! I was worried I had been scammed again. However, after reaching out via email, I received a prompt reply saying they had traced it to my local depot and it would arrive soon. To my delight, it was waiting for me when I got home that evening. I'm thrilled with the bags' appearance and quality that I immediately ordered two more woven ones (still buy one get one free) along with some chain accessories. I can't wait for the others to arrive! They are very spacious, even accommodating my dog's water bottle and all the essentials. Highly recommend supporting this small business, especially given their excellent customer service.

My order shipped the next day, but I didn’t receive further updates from the carrier. I reached out to the customer service team for an update, and they responded promptly, explaining that due to an address issue, my package seemed to be returning to them. They were very professional and even offered to send a replacement while allowing me to keep the original if it eventually arrived. This experience has truly restored my faith in good customer service! As for the bags, they showed up later that evening, and I was wowed by the quality. I love that the material can be easily wiped clean, and I can fit so much for my twin boys! This is definitely my new go-to bag, and if you’re considering getting a chain accessory, do it! The gold chain adds even more flair. So many cute designs and options! This was my first order, but certainly not my last. I’m a lifelong fan now!

I chose the light beige with the gold chain and bunny charm 🩷 Being T1D, I carry a lot, and this bag fits everything plus my beauty essentials, inhaler, glasses, scrunchie, pens, snacks, mini calendar, phone, and car keys, with still more room to spare.
