Poor quality clothing and service. I tried to return an item and they said it was final sale. My invoice did not say final sale, it should state somewhere when purchas8or on the receipt. All they could say was I'm sorry. Im stuck with a product I can't wear and it looks nothing like it was advertised.
I love the brands quality, I really do - the customer service is the issue. I’ve placed orders 8 days ago, that now show totally sold out but weren’t for the last dam 8 days and not a word to my email about cancellation, if stuff will ship at all & this is consistent & I’m tired of it.

I placed an order on 11/19/25 for over $400. The tracking remains on “shipping label created” and it’s now 12/4/25. I received an email asking to rate my products received.. how can I rate it when I never got the package!? I’ve been trying to reach out to customer service and it’s absolutely horrible. I got one email reply and responded right away and now nothing. Of course my AMEX has been charged.
I recently purchased several items using a 20% off coupon. Before my order even arrived, the company launched a 25% off sale. Naturally, I reached out to customer service asking if they could honor the difference. Their response? A canned policy statement: “Promotions cannot be combined with any other discount, applied to previous or future orders.”So basically, to get the better deal, I would have to repurchase everything at the new price and then go through the hassle of returning my original order once it arrives. That’s not just inconvenient—it’s poor customer care. Most reputable retailers will honor a price adjustment if a sale occurs shortly after a purchase. Instead, Spiritual Gangster chose to hide behind rigid fine print rather than provide even a modest goodwill gesture. It left me feeling undervalued as a customer, especially for a brand that markets itself around positivity and community.Bottom line: I love the look of their products, but this experience with customer service has made me question whether I’ll shop with them again.
I love love love them so much. Super high quality items that have lasted me for years, with constant new patterns, colors, and cute graphics released. Even their light colored activewear bottoms are squat-proof and everything is made from soft, thick material. Their lounge items are so cute and super comfy, and I’ve never had an issue with inconsistent sizing or shipping. They may seem a little pricey, but you really get the quality you pay for with them! They also have sales regularly, so you can check out their stuff without investing a ton if you’re curious. They’re hands down my favorite activewear company. Also want to note that their support is A+ and usually answers in a couple of hours (when emailed during business hours/on business days). I really love this brand and I tell all my yoga buds about them when they ask about my cute and well-performing gear 💜
I just can advise anybody to not buy their products, it‘s just poor quality produced in China, sold for a ridiculous price.I‘ve ordered two hoodies of them and both are loosing colour, the prints are already wearing of and the cotton is already damaged, all of that after just three washes…So in the end it‘s just a bunch of guys trying to geht rich with subpar products and some good marketing. But karma will strike back, I‘m sure…
I'm so disappointed. I'm typically a huge fan of this company and their customer service is on point. Unfortunately, they have dropped the ball recently. I purchased an item during their Cyber Monday sale event over a week ago and they still have not shipped it out. Every time I ask what is going on they claim new COVID protocols in their warehouse slowing down ship times, however, they never had these issues previously, even at the height of the pandemic. The final straw occurred Sunday when they claimed it would be sent expedited shipping on Monday. Of course Monday came and went and no tracking number was uploaded, nor were they responding to emails.
I purchased a pair of yoga leggings because I was drawn to the beautiful color of the fabric. Although I wear a Small in most things I always select Medium when it comes to my yoga leggings. Spiritual Gangsta gave me the choices of Small or a combined size of Medium/Large. I chose Medium/Large feeling certain that they’d be fine. I was absolutely floored when I received the leggings today. They are so tiny they look like they were made for an adolescent. Really???? There’s NO WAY these would fit a regular medium-sized woman, let alone someone who’s usually comfortable in wearing a large. To add to my disappointment, they will not accept a return because these were “final sale”. So I have a pair of $118 leggings that I will never be able to wear. If you know any 10 year old girls who do yoga, hit me up.
I ordered a tank and bike short set from them back in March and when it arrived it fit horribly. It definitely wasn't accurately depicted in the product photographs. The shorts were ribbed and see-through and the top was ill-fitting and super-short. When I returned, it took them months to get back to me and refund me for half of my order, yet they still haven't refunded me for the top. I am still waiting to hear back from them on the status of this return.
