The young man was empathetic, polite, understanding and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions. He made me feel better about being in such a predicament at 65 years old. He seemed to genuinely care! I thanked him for the spiritually uplifting interaction given my humiliation for finding myself in this predicament. Absolutely top level service. As a “C suite executive” for much of my career, I recognize great customer service, and he delivered it. He represented your company in the way I always wanted my frontline staff to treat consumers!!!
Steve Robayo was the gentleman who contacted me while I was looking for assistance with debt. At one point, I was getting very overwhelmed; he just had an awesome calming nature and his voice ensured me what we were talking about, was sincere. This helped me get through being overwhelmed. He was very good at answering questions in a different way if I didn’t understand something.
