I am changing my review to 5.At first, the customer support was okay, then we upgraded our server's ram, we did not add anything nor remove from the server files, and we asked assistance from support, I got Douglas, first he was asking for the email of the server owner to help, I provided the email then he did not reply for some time. I looked up their discord server and saw Douglas playing Genshin Impact, no wonder he is not replying. I sent a screenshot of him to our support chat. He then blocked me, and I was just amazed.
Terrible, the page of the hosting was constantly triggering my antivirus, aparently is full of malware, my server was hacked, hackers made all of the players op, and also remove and edit some of the files in the server, which can only be accesed via empowered server. If I could go back in time and never use this service I would.
