Unwanted purchase and frustrating return process

My husband purchased the pan, but I had no desire for it. When he attempted to return it, they persistently tried to persuade us to keep it by offering cookbooks and a small discount. The return shipping costs are nearly the same as the price of the pan! Totally absurd!
