This is the coolest tv accessory for any space. I placed my order on Friday and received it on Sunday early afternoon. I also should mention that I DO NOT have a Frame TV, but I have a Samsung Qled and it fit like a glove. It is pricy BUT well designed like a nice art frame. It’s worth the anxiety/excitement build up, only wish I didn’t hesitate the first time around.
The Deco TV frame arrived today, just as promised. Shipping and packaging brought the frame to us in perfect condition. The frame went together like a snap and fit the our TV with no worries. The frame we choose was the Tucson Copper Frame and it was all we could ask for making a center piece for a new fireplace, mantle, and room. Well made, beautiful, and exactly as described.
I rarely give a company 5 stars usually I reserve that for restaurants but this company certainly deserves it !!I ordered my initial frame on Black Friday to take advantage of the sale price. I literally got it the very next day!! I installed it myself , i am not handy at all. Which means a 5th grader can do it too ! My choice was the Alloy Bezel . It looked "nice" but fell short for me. My friends LOVED IT . But as Marie Kondo would say it didn't spark Joy . I reached out to the company they were so amazingly helpful, flexible I spoke with Kyle Kidd. Exceptional customer service !! I got a return label so i wouldn't have to pay the S/H. I did order sample frames. I HIGHLY recommend this if your remotely as particular has I am. I got three great sized samples for $20 plus S/H. I called Kyle back he could see that the initial frame was in route back to the company by UPS tracking number and simply charged me the difference in price of my new choice . I was not charged S/H again and he still gave me the black friday sale price 2 weeks later !The quality of their work , service and efficiency was all FIVE STAR service !!
First of all, wow. The frame looks gorgeous. It really does change the way your TV looks - to better.Second, I wanted to highlight the level of customer service I recieved. We had an issue with a frame, and the team went absolutely above and beyond to resolve it in the best possible - for us - way. It did cost them to get things right, but I'm walking away from talking to them feeling that they really value their customers above and beyond anything else.
I’m so in love with my Distressed Barnwood tv frame! We are super happy with our purchase and our decision to buy from DecoFrqme. The beautiful handmade classic barnwood frame really dressed up our living room to the next level. Now my tv doesn’t look like it’s hanging in inside a Best Buy store but inside a home! The DecoFrame is solidly constructed and a lovely piece of art too! The frame is a solidly built, artistic frame and so unique so I can’t wait to show it off to all my new house guests! Amazing! I ordered my new frame on a Thursday night and received it on Saturday afternoon. It only took a few minutes to fit the frame together and place it over the TV. Much easier than I could have ever imagined. It really makes my investment in the Samsung 50" Frame TV worth it. It takes my TV to a whole different level of fabulous. Perfect for the bedroom. I am beyond thrilled!

This company embodies integrity and they stand by their products.Long story, long...I'm fortunate to own three of their frames, 55" Antique Gold, 65" Ornate Gold, and 75" Tuscan Antique Gold. They're all incredible, and worth every penny. I was fortunate to buy these frames when they ran a promotion during Thanksgiving weekend 2020, which included a generous discount along with free side extensions! One of the items was back ordered and there was a bit a confusion with the order I placed for the extensions and my issue was promptly resolved by Danielle Labrecque. She was responsive and on top of everything. Also, Jason Barcelona, pitched in and kept me well informed of all updates related to their supply chain and the Ornate Gold frame, which I greatly appreciated. He astutely anticipated any questions I had. Their customer chat service is also extremely useful. Kevin was online and ready to trouble shoot any questions I had related to the payment workflow on their site. I also have to mention the fact that the company released an upgrade to their frames that enable the sensor feature to operate at full capacity. This feature rolled out after I purchased my frames and without hesitation, Deco TV sent me the upgrade at no additional cost! Again, this demonstrates the company's integrity and innovative mindset woven throughout the company.Also, their Instagram profile, decotvframes, is worth subscribing to. I've picked up a number of Samsung TV tips, learned about life on a boat, and I've even learned a bit about global supply chain logistics. I'm not being facetious when I say it's entertaining. I've since referred the company to my brother-in-law and I'm happy to see a small American business thrive in 2020.Thank you guys for everything you do.
