Challenging cancellation process

Very disappointing experience

Extremely frustrating; I canceled a free subscription, yet it not only failed to cancel, but I was charged for an entire year in advance, despite their website indicating 'No active subscription.' Now I'm stuck paying for a year without being able to use the app! I'll be disputing this with my credit card company.

Not worth the hassle

Five years and still beneficial

I've been using this service for over five years. It continually evolves and truly helps me. The focus timer is a daily essential for me, and the soundscapes keep me on track (great for ADHD). Definitely worth it.

Caution with payment methods

The app doesn't meet my needs. I canceled it right away, but they're attempting to charge me $120 even though I canceled just minutes after downloading. This feels like a billing scam! Avoid using a debit card for this purchase; cancelling might become a nightmare.

Surprisingly effective

Oddly enough, it works! I struggle with falling asleep, and the Sleep mode really helps me. I leave it on all night and wake up feeling refreshed. I've also started using the Focus mode for work, and it aids my concentration. It may sound strange, but it genuinely works for me.

The audio is subtle, creating a gentle atmosphere without being distracting. The app is user-friendly, with easy timers and no intrusive features. I was charged $119.99 on September 11, 2025, by a company I never signed up for or used. I did not knowingly agree to any subscription, free trial, or purchase. The charge seems to be for an annual subscription to an app I’ve never downloaded or utilized. It’s not in my subscriptions, and I have no record of agreeing to any terms. This appears to be an unauthorized charge, and I’m formally disputing it. I've also tried reaching out to the company without any response.
