I purchased the iSlim Pro and it stopped working within 45 days, after two weeks of back and forth emails they agreed to send me a new one which never showed up. I disputed charge on paypal and they agreed to a refund if I returned the broken one. I checked with UPS and it was $100 to return to China so I asked for a return label and they refused. I am out a $119 and a broken product. Don't waste your money.
Products of exceptional quality. A buddy assisted me in searching online for skincare goods for my girlfriend, and we came across this fantastic site, where we discovered a wide range of attractive products at reasonable rates. I purchased, and my order arrived a few days later. They come highly recommended by me.
I bought the islim slimming device. After only 5 sessions it stopped working. I emailed customer service who asked me to send a video to prove it was not working. They replied to my video and told me they would send a replacement and refund me 30% of the cost. I accepted the compensation and thanked them. I then recieve another email 3 days later saying that they cannot offer refunds or replacements after 14 days therefore I would need to buy a new one and they could offer me a 50% discount! What a scam!!! They already sold me a product which is clearly not worth the money and faulty, they then reassure me with incorrect information regarding compensation. Then retract their offer and suggest I buy another one. After this do they really think I am stupid enough to give them more of my money for a product that will break after a few uses. Do not buy from them ... all these websites are a scam. If you want to purchase beauty products use a reputable well known company. The websites that pop up on Facebook and Instagram are all cheap products from China that either don’t work or break after a few uses and you have no way of receiving a refund.
I bought Super Micro Bubble Face Cleaner which was described as a vacuum to clean the face. This is completely fraud and scam. The suction damages the skin where it touches and leave red marks which stays several days. So do not spend your money on such fake stuff. They completely ignored my request for refund.
