So far so good. Quick response time and friendly service from Lorena with concise and clear information. Alongside if course good prices forecast :) I look forward to seeing how the prices compare over a period of time.
I guess OK, but extremely slow process to be a new customer. Tons of mails back and forth.
Access to the app is still not ok. Norwegian spoken customer service is not, they use translators.
I will let them try for some months but not convinced based on the startup. This must be faster in 2026
