Review Time
This service has caused extensive damage to my home and has not been truthful with me. The flooring is destroyed, rooms are filled with debris, and appliances have been damaged. I currently have no heating because I've been advised against using the central heating due to fire risks. Despite reaching out for help, I haven't received any responses to my concerns after a week. Being disabled, I am now unable to live in my home during the holiday season due to the mess left behind. The garden looks like a disaster zone, and there is trash scattered throughout the rooms. Appliances I allowed them to use are now ruined, and when I contacted the contractors, they falsely claimed all waste would be removed but have since ignored my calls. The service was informed about these issues and promised to reach out last week, but they have chosen to disregard my attempts to communicate. This is the worst service I have ever encountered, and they should not be allowed to provide energy services. Legal action will be initiated in the new year, as I now have to stay with friends until this is resolved legally. The damage and stress caused are evident in the pictures. I strongly advise avoiding this service at all costs.
