I ordered a small key ring which by no fault or the company was delivered to the wrong location. Customer service were excellent, sending a replacement within a day which arrived the day after. A lovely key ring as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a personal gift. Nice gift packaging as well.
Bought an engraved star-shaped paper weight as a present. It's a lovely size and weight and the engraving is well done and clear. It came in a silk-lined presentation box at no extra cost ... complete bonus. The price was really good and it was delivered really quickly. Recommended!
