I ordered 2 photo frames. They are great quality. They arrived really quickly. I realised I had made a mistake with the order before it was dispatched and their customer service was great. They responded quickly and were able to amend my order. Brilliant!
When things are time critical and you pay for next day delivery and it arrives several days later then you would expect some follow up and resolution???Thank you for your reply there were several emails to your company trying to pin down when and if the delivery was going to arrive, so the problem was highlighted after the first failed delivery and the subsequent ones.
