I left it late to order a silver plate trinket box for the blessing/christening of my great-niece -was getting 7 day or longer lead times from most places. Found these people and they turned it around in 3 days from placing my order. Arrived a day before the celebration. Easy to order online,the item was very good quality and a really good price. The engraving on the top of the trinket box was very stylish and looks great.
Amazing company and really friendly helpful people, brought my partner some Christmas gifts and the guy I spoken to over phone and email designed and customised the items with a Subaru badge and the club name, sorry I didn’t get your name to directly write this review to you but I just want to say a massive thank you to you as I know my partner will be over the moon on Christmas. I 100% recommend anyone to this company, keep up your good work and great service!
The order was despatched and received very quickly - within a couple of days. Unfortunately, the glass trophy ordered did arrive broken. However, I called the company and they immediately apologised and arranged a replacement trophy, which was despatched the next day. Their customer service was excellent and very responsive. They requested some photos of the packaging and the broken item, in order that they could investigate and ensure that any improvement required could be made. Despite, our initial disappointment, I would highly recommend this organisation as their products are good quality, well priced and customer service was excellent.
