The whole process from survey to installation was excellent. Dan who did the survey was very helpful, knew his stuff and offered us a really good quote. The installers were brilliant, did a fantastic job and the end result looks great.
Outstanding service and craftsmanship from beginning to end. Everyone I interacted with at the office was exceptionally friendly, informative, and supportive. Our surveyor was a true professional who assessed and priced exactly what we needed. Once a date was set, our installers were extremely courteous, skilled, and professional. Their work was clean, organized, and executed to perfection. The final touch was the electrician, who installed our lights with great care. Now our entire loft is beautifully illuminated with just one switch. I used to dread going into the loft, but now it’s a joy, and the folding wooden ladder is a delight to use. I would wholeheartedly recommend the service, as they genuinely transform loft spaces! 10/10

I received a verbal quote after clearly stating my request for the entire loft to be boarded. The surveyor acknowledged this, knowing I couldn't access the loft to verify his measurements. Despite this, they only completed part of the boarding and suggested I should have checked the measurements, claiming I got what I paid for. It was supposed to take two men six hours, but they finished in about three. Additionally, the entire job was meant to be completed in that time frame, yet the electrical work was canceled the day before, and they said they would return the following Monday, but no one showed up. I’m still disputing the situation. I regret trusting the surveyor’s word; as an older person, I realize companies may take advantage, knowing I can't easily verify these matters.
