I recently ordered an Engwe Engine Pro 3.0 Boost, and I have to say, Engwe’s customer service truly stands out.From the very first message, communication was quick, clear, and genuinely helpful — not just automated replies.At one point, I had to cancel my order due to an unexpected personal emergency, and even though the situation was a bit complicated, the team handled everything with great understanding and patience.The refund was processed smoothly, and every email I sent was answered with professionalism and empathy.Once things settle down for me, I’ll definitely come back to buy the bike again — not only because of the product, but because I know I’ll be in good hands.
Initially received a defective bike, after contacting support i was sent a replacement part. The cost of getting a repair shop to install the part was also covered by Engwe. Absolutely incredible service!Everything else about the bike is perfect :)
I‘ve exchanged with very nice people who have helped me… I live in Germany and I‘ve ordered a new motor for my bike. All my mails had been answered and I have got the motor. The people who communicated with me were very polite and have given me the information I needed (also via phone).Thanks for all:-)))
