The clinic is legitimate and a much needed service for men. The medical process is legitimate and thorough and the treatment works!The Doctor I consulted with was informative and genuinely cared about improving mens health. The prescription and delivery was seamless.However..The process to make an appointment and the administration overall is lacking. The patient dashboard is very poor and you have to enter ALL of your details every time you try to book a review. They never seem to know if they have your latest blood tests and ask for them every time. Appointments can be cancelled without warning and no effort is made to explain or reschedule. It is up to you to go back to the website, find a new time and enter all of your details again.Don't get me wrong, this is a great clinic and I recommend trying them out. Just expect some frustration.If they ever get their website, admin and customer service up and running they will be 5/5 every time!
EMC have been great to deal with. The process has been simple & well explained. I wasted my time with GP's for far too long & wish I had of known about EMC sooner. If you genuinely have issues with low T, contact these guys, you will wish you had of done it sooner too.
The process has been quick and easy to follow.All the information I needed was easy to access and understand.The team seem to genuinely want to help improve my situation.The kit included everything and arrived within 2 days of approval.I'm about a month into my TRT journey and everything is going well.
