Terrible service. I had an appointment with a “nurse” who sent me an email to pay for the meds and said a doctor would contact me in 5-7 days. It’s now been two weeks and I still haven’t heard from a doctor nor have I received any meds. They don’t have any telephone numbers to call and they take anywhere between 1-4 days to reply to your emails. I would not recommend this company. Extremely unprofessional.
I went to EMC with my symptoms, Doctors said I’m ok and in range, other clinics turned me around but EMC took me on board and Answered all my questions big and small, polite and was very professional. Now I’m feeling better than ever and feel I have a new lease on life.
