I will continue to support Enrica Martine Studios. I know the kickstarter failed and I did back the campaign, but I saw it is an investment and there are always risks.
I love her work, the details and customisations are impeccable. She is a small independent artist and that is never easy.
I have never had issues with communication or postage. I always knew exactly what to expect.
Great designs are always worth the wait.

Raised over £50k on kickstarter for dice that were not delivered for 5 years before announcing they never will be. Unsure where my money went but refunds were not issued, I understand delays can happen but would be caution against ordering future work from this artist given that this is considered a potential outcome, and see other reviews describing the same occurring.
I was one of many Kickstarter backers for a dice-making campaign that raised about £50k for Enrica back in September of 2020.She seems to have delivered some dice over the next 6 months, but then she seems to have stopped making dice, or at least stopped shipping them. She alternated between thanking us for our support and patience and threatening to stop the campaign all together.She posted a long message in January 2024 with a promise to be more active in updating us on the progress, and then has gone radio silent. She does still apparently post a lot of selfies on IG though, so that's nice for her I guess?
Ordered a commission of our dogs at the Board Game Expo at the NEC on the 31st May 2024. Paid a significant amount upfront for the art, as well as for the art to be framed. At the Expo I was told completion would be within "A couple of weeks". Fast forward to late October 2024 and I still haven't received any art, despite constant follow ups. I've been extremely patient, however all my recent follow ups have been completely ignored and i've had no response since August. Do not pay for any commission upfront, you'll most likely never see anything for your money. I've had to start a chargeback procedure with my bank as requests for refunds have been completely ignored. This has been an extremely disapointing and frustrating process, and gives artists a bad name. I will certainly never be paying upfront for commissions ever again. I would not recommend dealing with this seller under any circumstances.
It's been nearly a year since I paid her £75 for a picture of my dog at Edition Dog Live 2024. I have always been the party initiating communication. At every point I have been given excuses and no action. I am ready to initiate small claims court against this person/business. I do not recommend using her services.
