As others mentioned, I ordered a smart coaster and got a cheap light-up coaster for a car instead. I tried reaching out to their customer service, and they just offered me a $6 refund. It's all just smoke and mirrors. The payment went through a different account, and the tracking showed it coming from overseas. I can only dispute the charge through my credit card company. What a scam...
