WARNING! The most dishonest company ever… claims to be based in London, but ships items from China. Delayed deliveries, promises of refunds… now they don't respond to emails… I received no refund, and the return shipping was very expensive; I had to pay for it myself! The shoes were of poor quality and certainly not orthopaedic as described. Please don't make the same mistake I did!
So I fell for the heartfelt plea on instagram with an image of a mother and daughter team who were on the verge of ceasing trading and were having a big sale.
I ordered a pair of boots for £45, supposedly reduced from about £150.
When I got a notification from Shop that they had been dispatched, after about 2 weeks, I saw they were coming from China.
After coming on here I realised I’d fallen for something of a scam and was expecting to have to claim my money back from Barclaycard.
Well, the boots arrived today. The packaging was far from classy - bubble wrap and black plastic. But the boots look absolutely fine - they fit right and look exactly like the image I had seen. Obviously I have no idea how well they will wear, but whilst clearly not the company they say they are, I will keep them and wear them and for £45 they are pretty good. Note where you’re actually ordering from, and use your credit card and at least then you can claim back if you’re not so lucky.
Avoid this seller! I should have checked the reviews before placing my order. I ordered two pairs of shoes, and the quality was very disappointing. They didn't look like what was shown on the website. I was instructed to return them to a location overseas, which I did. I was promised a refund by December 2025, but I haven't seen any money yet. I've reached out via email, but they haven't bothered to respond.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASE! If there was an option for a lower score, I would choose it. I ordered two pairs of shoes that were advertised as leather, but what I received was poorly made and showed no signs of leather at all. They claim to be based in London, but that is misleading, as others have pointed out. Returning the items cost me money out of pocket and took months of back and forth just to get a full refund. I will say I did receive responses to my emails, so I give them that much. After about three months, despite sending the shoes back along with proof, I still did not receive my refund. It feels like they hope customers forget and just let it go. When I inquired about the refund, they claimed it was processed on December 19th, but I never saw anything. I requested a screenshot or proof of the refund, but received nothing. Another email later stated that my refund had been issued at the end of December, which turned out to be another false claim. Once again, no refund came through. Fortunately, I paid through a payment platform, and after informing them that I would escalate the issue with all my email evidence, I finally received my full refund after three months, minus the £14 I spent on postage to China.
I was appalled to receive what was advertised as a wool coat, but it turned out to be poorly made from cheap polyester with no labels or tags. The coat was nothing like what was promised. It's absolutely unacceptable. The service has been misleading customers across various platforms, and I haven't received any response from the support team regarding my return request. I fear I won't get the return form either. This has been a frustrating experience, and I've learned a tough lesson about dealing with such sellers.
Fraudulent experience! It took a month to receive my coat, and it looks nothing like the one in the picture. The material is entirely synthetic, the color is different, and the quality is terrible. The return policy is absurd; I have to pay for shipping it back. I plan to contact them for a return, and I strongly urge them to respond and issue a full refund. Additionally, I have reported this situation to the authorities.
Wouldn’t give a single star. This company advertise as if they are a classy London outfit! They are a fraud!They say that your order will be delivered by Royal Mail - complete lie!On -19th Nov I ordered 2 pairs of what I thought were Italian designed real leather boots from their sale. I had to keep asking when delivery was scheduled but nobody knew! After a long wait, they arrived on 5th Dec from China, SF International then EVRI. NOT ROYAL MAIL at all! The boots are not as advertised both in colour and quality, not real leather! What a bunch of scumbags, totally misleading the customer. They will not refund and want me to pay to send back to China!!!! 😡. I have reported to my credit card provider and trading standards. Cannot believe this operation is still advertising- they should be shut down!
Really nice woolen coat advertised, takes an age to arrive, and is so not what it looks like on the advert, a VERY CHEAP look a like, look to return, and you have to pay for it to be returned to china no less, to keep the coat i would only use for my dogs bed HONESTLY!!!! also, company sounds like its in London, but based in Netherlands and stock comes from China
Misleading information on their website , no ways to cancel immediately an order or within reasonable time. I have not received any confirmation of the purchase even when money was taken from my credit card. They have not responded to my emails ( no telephone contact ) when I requested cancellation pointing out that I have not received any evidence of my purchase . Unfortunately, I red reviews after making my purchase. When going again through their website thoroughly , I felt suspicious about their products and delivery . This is China based company as I learned from other customers who had to pay extra for returning their items to China , possibly registered this year and not 10 years ago . I could not find any evidence for the company being registered for longer than a year.
