An absolute SCAM, misleadingly advertise completion of RSA in 3 hours, tell you no payment is required until you pass, ask you to complete the survey after the first section, which yes is very fast and easy, UNTIL you get asked to pay before you can proceed to next stage. Then complete section 2, thinking that’s all you need to do, THEN, get advised you need to complete an assessment with someone over the phone which you cannot book a session for!!!!!! Lost shifts because RSA not complete. Completion of RSA in 1.5 weeks only because I finally found a phone number and advised, how mad I was, did they exert themselves to find me a spot to complete phone scenarios. Oh and if you need to complete phone scenario after work you need to be a ‘priority’ and pay another $115. SCAM-SCAM-SCAMAnyone saying favourable things about this company is because they completed the survey after the first section, NOT after completion.
Waste of time and money! Not only does it take them 3 days to mark you're audio assessment but you also have to book a time to complete verbal assessment and guess what they're fully booked out for weeks but if you want to pay $115 for "priority" you can book it next day . Scammers
Absolute scam!! Tells you to complete questions and pay for it then you will have your RSA. Then once you pay it will make you fill out more assessments and do a role play, when it gets to the live assessment all the slots are booked out a month in advance - so you have to pay another $105 for priority. TOTAL SCAM. Just do it through tafe!
I really enjoyed the amount of tolerance given to answers in regard to chances! Overall it was easy quick and affordable. I highly recommend it! My only issue was that some of the written questions were quite vague, but required very specific answers which made it quite hard to answer. But this was very helpful, thank you!
