Simple to understand what is required, and easy to do online.No idea why all the 'scam' reviews. I think it is not very clever people not understanding what they are told. You DO NOT have to pay until course completed. I have done "White Card" and "RSA" with zero hassles, and next day qualifications.
Absolute scam!Absolute scam!! Tells you to complete questions and pay for it then you will have your RSA. Then once you pay it will make you fill out more assessments and do a role play, when it gets to the live assessment all the slots are booked so you have to pay another $105 for priority. TOTAL SCAM. Just do it through tafe! Called them to let them know that they should reconsider as whilst unemployed and trying to pay for this more than once was inexcusable - priority means u should have priority- but to make people pay more than once is DISGRACEFUL- greedy money making scam
I found the course notes/ reading to be enjoyable, interesting and informative which is all very important. I have definitely learnt a lot about alcohol which I wouldn’t have learnt without this course !! With medium to hard questions providing a good range. Overall a very well structured course and easy to access given the option to use it on any device !!
