Review Time
It has taken over a month to get my VIC RSA with this company and I still don't have it. You have to complete a massive quiz that although is very simple, takes a lot of time to read through everything. Then theres the video answers. After recording them you have to wait three days for them to mark your answers and you don't receive any notification on when this happens. You just have to keep checking. I had to redo two answers that seriously I had included the information that they said were missing in other questions under the same part. Some parts have 2/3 questions with really, very similar answers. So once I noticed the marking under the questions, I redid the questions. Then waited another 3 days. I was excited to finally see that I had completed all the steps explained today and so I paid the fee. But this is what is not explained at all....after you have completed all the steps eot send you a 'statement of achievement' NOT an RSA. Then you have to apply to do some other test with RSAVCGG online. I have submitted an application to do this and now it says I will have to wait a further 3-5 working days to do yet another test. Honestly, If you can get down to a training centre just do it in a day. There is nothing express about this training and I have had to turn down work due to the delay.
To any teacher, parent or young Aussie adult looking to get training through eot I’d advise that you do your research with the competitors and go elsewhereI have dealt with eot for 4 different courses and had to pay 6 times, I only completed two.The whole experience was jarring and unpleasant, I used about 2% of the information provided in these courses in the 4 years I was a barman and if you don’t complete these tedious tasks they give you in a certain amount of days they will restart the whole course and charge you again The asking price is nearly quadruple the closest competitor I found out later which also includes additional fees since it requires you to purchase equipment that may be provided to you by your employer. I tried the white card course and didn’t know I had to buy things like that and failed the class. They then wanted me to purchase another online class for the full price of the whole course when I hadn’t seen anything about the course yet (that’s $250 eachThe truth about eot is that they will put in big bold words on their website that you won’t have to pay until you complete the course and then charge you the second you put your details in and encourage you to fail. Asking for a refund is out of the question because they’ll refuse and quote the fine print Long story short shop around for somewhere else
Absolutely a sham business! Don't use them! Instructors are deliberately trying to make you fail by rushing you through your course threatening to end your class at any stage. Be aware!!! These clowns will be dealt with. you can hide in Cronulla all you want.
A total scam, poor support. I had to google to find the service number. The assignment review takes a lot to time ( so that people have to spend extra money for the service which was supposed to not needed at all) . A total lose of money. Before you regret, stay away from this site.
In the process of completing my white card.Their 'free' theory test is okay, but everything after the paywall sucks!Some of their questions are worded in a way that results in multiple answers being theoretically correct.Their website is poor, the video submission does not work on any of the main browsers regardless of settings, they have also included an example of a hazard that is the question's photo, quite annoying for answering the question when you cant use that hazard.I also feel as though they have broken down the questions too much. I'm very frustrated that i gave them money, wishing i skipped all the bull**** and went for an in-person test.
I completed the course online, after days of online training and told I was successful. So I'm told to provide a review pay for the course to get my certificate. Once I did that, they then tell me I have to do 2 more modules by video, and their platform does not work and is not compatible with any internet browser, Google chrome, IE or Firefox. No phone number or email... just waiting for someone to contact me after I submitted a support ticket.
Read lots of reviews that this place is dodgy and wants you to pay the extra money to pass low and behold got an email at 2:28am Sunday 22 of October that an unknown error has occurred and I need to resubmit my assessments so I guess they truly are scammers DO NOT waste your time or money with these scum bags I thought that maybe some of these reviews weren't true and that the company was legit turns out they are just out to steal people's money and due to all this I am unable to start a new job that wants me tomorrow I have now reported this to the ombudsman and will be taking further action against the company AVOID AT ALL COSTS
