This is a complete scam. They fill out a form for you, but you end up doing all the work and paying them to 'expedite' the process. They didn’t provide the correct form and didn’t expedite anything. When I requested a refund since they didn’t deliver the services promised, they flatly refused.
I strongly advise against using this site. I provided all my information and thought I had everything ready to submit, but I needed to schedule an appointment at the postal service. I couldn’t book the appointment through their system, so I never received the package I submitted. They took my money and refused to issue a refund despite not sending my package.

They charged me around $230 for expedited processing and shipping of my passport, yet all they provided was a PDF of a prefilled application with a note about preparing payment for sending the printed application.
