Dangerous Product

I received a lamp with a classic base, but when I touched the power plug while holding the base, I got electrocuted. This product should be avoided at all costs. It seems to lack proper certification and appears to be low quality.

Frustrating Setup Process!

I bought a holographic projector fan, and the setup is extremely difficult! The instructions are in another language, and the text is so tiny I can’t read it. After hours of trying to upload images, nothing worked. Customer service has been unhelpful, only directing me to a video that doesn’t explain how to use the SD card. I'm incredibly frustrated with this $129 item. I guess I’ll have to return it since they can't assist me.

Nice Marketing, Lousy Product

The marketing was appealing, but the product quality is poor. I ordered two after returning a cheaper lamp from another platform, only to receive a similar low-quality lamp. The screws to attach the legs were the wrong size, and those that fit stripped immediately due to soft metal.

Terrible Customer Service

The customer service is awful. Once they have your money, you're on your own. I returned two items after getting their authorization, but after a month with no refund, I reached out and all communication stopped. I had to dispute the charges with my bank.

Received a Damaged Item

The bulb I got was damaged. I returned it but have yet to receive a replacement or any response to my emails. They claim to have 24-hour customer service, but my experience says otherwise. Very disappointing.

Mixed Experience

I love the lights, but I faced issues with my order placed on May 16th for four items. I only received two bulbs and one base, and when I inquired, I was told the LED base was out of stock. It would have been nice to know that upfront. Now, almost two months later, I'm still waiting for a response after my follow-up email.

Repeated Mistakes

I received the wrong light three times. It took over a month to sort everything out, and ultimately, my escape room project was incomplete due to the missing light.
