EPHG Ltd found me a local plumber who came in under two hours to unfreeze and check my elderly mother's frozen plumbing on a Sunday evening, which saved us a burst pipe. EPHG communicated well and intelligently, giving names and phone numbers, and sent a written contract in advance. Yes it cost quite a bit, but what would a burst frozen pipe have cost? I am really grateful.
Called EPHG when my gas boiler packed up right at the start of cold spell.A local engineer was arranged who arrived promptly at the appointed time and had everything working again in less than an hour.Courteous and efficient service I can highly recommend
We had a leak in the upstairs pipe under the bedroom floorboards, our emergency home cover couldn't send anybody out so we got in contact with EPHG who got a plumber out to us within an hour. Anthony O’Rafferty was fantastic, very knowledgable, thorough and professional, we knew we were in safe hands. He diagnosed and sorted the pipe out no problem and left no mess behind as if he hadn’t even been there. We would highly recommend these to anybody. This was in Coventry.
Just to let you know feedback. Emergency call out and located gas engineer very quickly . K Porter came and completely fixed the leak and sorted gas boiler , leak and electrics very late at night. Very impressed with him and company , excellent work , professional and friendly . Extremely pleased with his service and work and highly recommend him and company to others . Thank you Louise
