Brilliant engineer called Kev came to our house after we paid the call out fee. He was amazing! Talked my partner through the problem and what he was doing to fix it. He was really friendly, respectful of our house and great with our dog. Really recommend him as a gas safe engineer. The company that we used to get him were also polite, explained the process that would happen so that i was sure of what was happening. No one likes having to pay for some one to come out in an emergency but I would definitely recommend this company.
Named engineer arrived within agreed time frame - promptly made measurements to locate the fault, and suggested measurements/inspections to verify the fault. After these were made, the fault was cleared, and power successfully restored. I recommend without hesitation.
The electrician was friendly and was not judgemental.I say this because my house is in a bit of a state from subsidence etc and all too often I meet tradesmen who give out a bad vibe because of the state of my home. Outstanding behaviour goes a long way.He was also an excellent electrician who explained everything and did all the paperwork without wrangling. This made it a rare experience for me.And I have dealt with dozens of tradespeople.

EPHG provided a great service to get my boiler fixed on a Friday afternoon. I tried multiple boiler engineers none of which had the part available and could not fix boiler till the following week. EPHG proved an engineer with the part and boiler was fixed within 2 hours of phoning them.
We noticed a leak in the kitchen roofing the morning, coming from the water tank upstairs. We phoned and got a quick response and a plumber was found to come out as soon as possible. He was there within an hour and a half and quickly fixed the problem. Very quick, efficient and professional service. Fully recommend this firm.
