Paint is perfect, however, the shaft on the smaller 10cm foam roller handles that i received in the kit are too short and are made for rollers that are half the size. this causes imbalance on the rollers after a while when the 2k tile paint starts to cure a little mid painting (if you're not fast enough). this results in the foam starting to detatch from the cylinder on the outer part of the roll, foam pieces gets stuck in the fresh paint on the walls eventually the foam completely falls apart and detach from the cylinder. this happened twice. i had a third foam roller from another brand and a handle, also from another brand but with a longer shaft. this time i had no problem applying the colour. Please look into this. your support and customer service was great - and i got sent, a new handle (again the wrong one), but a new set of foam rollers as well as some extra paint to fix the wall with bits of foam in it, if this happens to you, the bits of foam can be easily sanded down after the paint has been cured. nothing to be mad about. happy customer.
Its been almost a month since I placed the order, apparently the first parcel was damaged on the way, now I'm waiting for the replacement and hopefully I'm going to receive it in the next two weeks. Still don't have the product so I can't say its good or not.
Does anyone ever receive their shipment within 2 - 4 business days. I certainly dont. Ordered a number of times now and always been a lot longer. Epodex you need to be honest with your customers, the delivery times you quote on your website are not accurate.
We are a grassroots community football club and registered charity, and we recently purchased epoxy resin flooring from Epodex for a 64m² area within our facility. The installation was carried out by professional contractors who mixed the product strictly by weight using electronic scales, exactly as the instructions required. The floor was also given more than the recommended curing time before being used.Despite following all guidance, the resin did not perform as expected. Once furniture was placed on the surface, the floor showed clear indentations, softness, and scratches, and these issues continued long after it should have been fully cured. This was extremely disappointing, particularly as the product was advertised as durable enough for regular use.We contacted Epodex multiple times over several weeks and answered every question they raised. Even after confirming that the instructions were followed correctly, the company maintained that the problem must have been caused by the application process and declined to offer a refund or full replacement materials. The only offer made was a small amount of resin for localised repairs, which does not address the widespread issues or the cost implications.As a charity-run club that relies heavily on fundraising and community support, this outcome leaves us facing further unplanned costs to rectify the damaged flooring. Based on the performance of the product and the refusal to provide a meaningful resolution, we would recommend Epodex or their resin flooring products.
Terrible product that wasn't cheap to buy.Extremely difficult to get any decent coverage from the pens and the points on them are useless to use.Even giving them a good shake before use didn't help much at all.I gave up with them and will be using tile paint to get the job done.Really bad experience!Update 30/11/2025, the customer service from Epodex was diabolical, stating that the person who spoke English was unavailable and had to use an online translation service dealing with my enquiry.They wanted me to return the pen that was the issue (overseas, I'm in the UK) The point is that they are just no good for the required job and were a complete waste of money. Very disappointed with this company!
