User-friendly website but delivery concerns

The website is easy to navigate and offers plenty of information about the products. However, while they claim delivery should take 3-5 days, mine took 7 days and had missing items. I contacted the support team, and they quickly asked for more details. I will wait to see how it resolves. Overall, although the product quality isn't the main issue here, the ordering experience has not been satisfactory so far.
