Review Time
I have never bought from Groomen before but last week I did and it took a while for my order to come through considering I had paid for 1st class so I had sent them a DM on Instagram as to why and they explained the problems they had with delivery and even refunded the delivery costs which they didn't have to do. I looked at the reviews on this website for this company before I bought so was a bit conscious but decided to go ahead anyway and it seems like somethings changed within the business as my experience with them was perfect.
Why is it just acceptable these days for companies like this to sell complete toot that doesn't work and never get back to their customers when they get in touch? Can't get them on the phone, no chats or Twitter pages and the following email unanswered. Stay away!!I can count on one hand the number of times I've used the trimmer since purchasing it from you. It's gotten to the point now where I'm leaving it on charge for a full 24 hours in the vain hope that it'll actually see me through a session and do what it's advertised to do. It does not hold charge and won't even keep working for the 15ish minutes I need it for.Can you help please, as this product really isn't old enough to decide it doesn't want to hold charge anymore.The most disappointing thing is that I came to you after having a very similar experience with the company Balls, who provide the exact service you do. Are these units all just the same? Do they all come from the same warehouse in China? I can't see/feel any difference between this product and theirs. Very disappointing.
Placed an order on 27/12/2021.Emailed 6 times and tried to contact them on social media platforms with no response.PayPal now involved and thank god I used them because I can’t see how I would get a refund.Avoid this company at all costs .
It had to be one star as there’s no lower rating. I wish I’d checked the reviews before buying as I certainly wouldn’t have. I purchased a Groomen vacuum in August but it was faulty and didn’t work/charge/turn on. I contacted the company via email, Facebook and Instagram and haven’t heard back. Waste of £30 - not the best birthday present!
The trimmer is absolute rubbish. No-nick? Rubbish. Cut myself less using a Philips oneblade trimming. First use: loads of nicks and bleeding 1/10. Don’t waste your money. The vacgroom isn’t bad, 6/10 although the instructions are poorly translated
Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing!! Experiencing all of the same issues as everyone else. Unwanted gift and now finding it impossible to return. No contact number on the site and no response via email or social to complete a return. Unsurprisingly customer service were helpful when I was purchasing but now I am getting ignored. As for the product, £30 for a bit of plastic that doesn’t work.
