Steer clear of this service

Steer clear of this service. The fees are exorbitantly inflated compared to legitimate sources. They never disclosed the service costs until after acquiring credit card details. I'm very dissatisfied and hope the ESTA is accepted by border security upon our arrival. I feel completely cheated.

This service is deceptive and a scam. They charged me $129.99 when they initially quoted $25 for a travel declaration that is actually free per government guidelines. I realize this site ranks high in search results, but it also features a legitimate logo. I've reported them, but I'm unsure what else to do to recover my money since I tried to cancel immediately.
