DO NOT BUY!!! They intentionally mislead with their pricing; the actual cost is $18, but they display $109 in tiny font. I didn't give one star because if you request a refund soon after purchase, they will return your full amount within a day. Still, avoid buying anything from them.
Fraud. I can confirm everything others have said. It ranks high on search ads and disguises its true nature as an official site. The charges are not disclosed upfront, so you only realize the error when the funds are deducted. Additionally, sensitive personal information is required, and the confirmation email is so unconvincing that I doubt it will work at the airport.
This is possibly a scam.I was charged $160 and an additional $35 "urgent" fee for my and children. In the official website is only $40 dollars. They processed my application the same way for the 3 of them, obviously there is no difference between the speed processing times. Paying 4 times the price for an application is absolutely outrageous.I requested a refund and was denied based on a reference to their Refund Policy.Obviously this is a scam that preys on people that naively enter a website that looks like an official channel but provides absolutely no clarity on the costs involved in their processes.I feel extremely disappointed with the experience and will pursue a refund through the credit card company, as well as filling charges with relevant authorities.
This company poses as an official visa/landing card website but it is not. As you can see from previous reviews it is best to avoid. A major issue is they come up as one of the first searches for Taiwan's required landing card (which is a free landing card). They create the illusion that payment is needed for this landing card ($49 per person). They do automatically refund half of the amount when you question this with them, further making it highly suspicious this company is a scam, because they keep half the payment for 'admin/services' for this automatic free landing card claiming they streamline the process. Hopefully less people will fall victim to this company and similar ones in the future
I initially left a very negative review, but after reflecting on my experience, I wanted to update it to provide a clearer picture.I originally searched for the Singapore Arrival Card on Google, and the first result appeared to be the official government website due to the use of logos and flags. However, upon closer inspection, it became clear that this was not the official site. The official government service is free, but you can only apply for the Arrival Card up to three days before departure. This third-party website allows you to apply well in advance, but charges an exorbitant fee of $85 for the service. Due to the high price, my credit card provider flagged the payment as suspicious and blocked it, requiring me to authorize it manually. Unaware of this, I used Revolut to complete the payment.Later, I discovered that the same process could be done for free through the official website. I requested a refund from the company, and to their credit, the refund was processed quickly and without hassle. While the service feels misleading and overpriced, I believe it is a legitimate company. However, the excessive fees make it hard to justify using their service. For those who don’t mind paying a premium to avoid handling the application themselves, it might be an acceptable option.
What can I say… I found this company at the top of a Google search and, unfortunately, there was no clear financial consent process when my card was charged. I assumed there was a standard, reasonable fee and trusted the company but I was very wrong.I ended up processing four applications, totaling over $400. Everything happened so quickly that when I checked my bank account, I thought there must have been a mistake. To my disappointment, when I emailed the company and submitted a refund request, they only agreed to reimburse $35 USD (around $49 AUD).I am now over $220 out of pocketand for what? This experience feels like a complete scam. I will also be reporting this to Google. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated that companies like this are allowed to operate, taking advantage of hardworking people who are just trying to save.Do NOT use this company!
I requested a refund for the ESTA charge made through the visasyst.com website on october 31 after realizing It is not the official goverment websiteThey confirmed the refund to my credit card but i still haven't received the amount of 135 US$!I request that they do the right thing and give my money back immediatly!!!
Misleading! I used this company to get a visa for Turkey. It looked like the official site - as it was first on the Google search. They didn't specify the amount until $73 went off my credit card. I asked them for a detailed invoice so that I could see the cost breakdown, it simply said: visa. I then found out that the Turkish e-visa is free! And they never specified that this was the case and what their service fees would be. I contacted them again, but they only gave me a 50% refund.
