This experience stands out as one of the most frustrating I've had while shopping online. I ordered a box intended for a watch, but shortly after my purchase, I received an email stating that the original watch pillow would not be included and a leather pillow would take its place. When the box arrived, it was not properly packaged, causing the pillow to rub against the manufacturer's name during shipping. I sent a photo to the support team, but they dismissed my concerns, claiming, "it's not my fault they make such poor quality boxes." Additionally, the pillow they described as leather was actually worn and not genuine leather. To make things worse, I was blamed for the damage and was told I should never shop there again.
