I purchased a Build your own fort set as a Christmas present for my grandson. Delivery was great, unfortunately the set was not suitable for his age. I got in touch with Aeroflux and their response was great. They offered full refund or a 40% refund and keep the set. Never had an option like that before. I opted to keep the set but also get some cash back to buy a more suitable set plus without the bother of wrapping and returning. Great job Aeroflux!

Gift for a child turned into a disappointment

I ordered a den building kit as a Christmas gift for a 5-year-old. The product I received was not what was shown on the website; it was much flimsier and of poor quality. Several parts were missing, but the main issue was the overall terrible quality—it couldn’t even support a bedsheet without collapsing. My child was very disappointed. I emailed to request a return, and they offered a partial discount, but we don’t want to keep the item, so I asked for a full return and refund. I haven’t heard back from them despite several emails. I’m determined, but my hope is dwindling.

Avoid this platform.

I strongly advise against using this platform. I ordered a den building kit for my daughter using her Christmas money, but the item delivered is not what was advertised. Instead, I received a flimsy version that seems to be from a generic brand. The sticks and connectors are small and fail to hold together, and the green sheet provided is too small to cover the den properly. I'm extremely disappointed.

I ordered a hairdryer for my granddaughter for Christmas in November and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. They've ceased sending tracking emails and are not replying to my messages. I will be reporting this to my bank as soon as possible after seeing similar complaints.

Steer clear of this service

I strongly recommend against using this service. They refuse to process refunds and regularly ignore inquiries. Despite their stated 30-day refund policy, they expect you to keep your order at 40 percent. I'm left with no choice but to initiate a chargeback with my bank. If it were possible, I would give zero stars.
