January still no order.
February still no order, so I emailed multiple times, then asked on Facebook for any updates...... Still no response, instead I get blocked from all social media and my order canceled. Unbelievable this 'business' is still running

ETC clothing has a flawed pre orders…

ETC clothing has a flawed pre orders system system and very poor communication that has resulted in this first time customer being a last time customer. 5 months and still no item. I am now concerned about the quality after reading other reviews . Their communication is zero, and when u try and make very diplomatic comments on their Facebook page they sensor and delete your comments effectively silencing all complaints. They should spend that time being more productive with their customer service, because there are many more ways to make our voices heard than on Facebook. Do better ETC and buyers beware.

Will my pre-order ever arrive?

I put in a pre-order for a dress, mid October, with arrival due December, by January it was still nt jere and my query was responded that the shipping is delayed but no one would provide an update or delivery time frame. Its now been another month and no response now to my emails. I brought the dress to wear over summer. Waste of time! Wonder if ill ever see my dress! Very disappointing and fruatrating

BUYER BEWARE

Ordered 5 weeks ago 2 products marked as in stock and available on the website, shipping timeframes max 4 days dispatch. Emailed a couple of times in January and was given the runaround about when they would be shipped, have now requested refund as it has been so long and have no faith they will actually be sent. Emails are now being completely ignored so doubt I will receive products or refund. Owner of company posts multiple rants on social media claiming she is being bullied and harassed but has no time to respond to customers emails. BUYER BEWARE

Do not buy from here

Do not buy from here. I ordered earlier last year on pre-order, told it would be sent out Oct-Nov. Didnt arrive until Jan. For it to then look nothing like what I ordered. Pre-sale or not or on sale or not. Its not what I ordered and then I dont get responses to emails sent. I am not alone. Sort it out ETC clothing. This is not how you treat your supporters. I will be taking this further.Left is what I got, Right is what I ordered.

Lack of communication - No product

Been waiting over a month for my order that has still not been dispatched (no, it wasn't a preorder). Have emailed and messaged on facebook 3-4 times in this month and only had one response after my second email which stated they'll dispatch as soon as they arrive and when i responded to that asking for a refund I got an automated message to say they were on holiday. I just want my money back.

If I could give it zero stars I would

If I could give it zero stars I would. Nearly 4 months and my order has still not arrived and zero communication from the person running this so called "business". So many rave reviews on the social media page, and people claiming to be such an awesome company to find the owner goes through and deletes every single negative comment or question. Doesn't have a google landing page so cant leave a review, and reviews turned off on Facebook as well, I wonder why. People may end up getting their orders eventually but 4 months no communication, dodgy as anything.

Terrible customer service

Ordered an item that never said pre-order. After weeks of it not arriving, and me having to resort to asking on facebook where my order was, I was told it was actually a pre order. My questions were then deleted and i was blocked from the facebook page. Terrible terrible customer service.
