Technician was patient and helpful. He spent a lot of valuable time trying to solve my problem. For reasons beyond the situation with the information I provided him the problem was not able to be “fixed.” He went out of his way to be helpful.

There was no sharing of information regarding the charge structure at any point during our interaction. I tipped the technicians I spoke to, and was grateful for their assistance but at the end of the day, the credit card information i shared to tip was used in a manner i did not authorize. To see an unexpected charge when reviewing your statement reflects poorly on how they practice business. I wish i could choose 0 stars,
