I encountered a similar unfortunate situation as many others. I was charged without my consent. The support team seems to be an automated system providing repetitive responses. They need to halt these charges immediately.
£49 was claimed for a subscription I don't believe I signed up for knowingly. I flagged it as suspicious and set up a block, but there was a delay while I contacted the company, and in that time, they took the money. (The day after posting this review, I was offered a refund, which has now been received.)
I was misled into clicking this while browsing on social media. £49 was taken from my account, and I have no idea for what. My bank is refusing to refund. Who are these people, and why are they allowed to continue this scam?
SCAM! They withdrew £49 from my account without my bank flagging it. I have no clue who this company is. I emailed them to cancel what I never signed up for. They replied, saying I clicked on something, but didn't clarify where or who they are. BE VERY CAUTIOUS!
I noticed a £49 charge trying to come out of my account. When I tried to log back into the service, it said there were technical issues, preventing me from accessing my account to cancel it (despite never applying for anything). I contacted my bank and successfully canceled through them.
