Frustrating experience with unauthorized charges

I encountered a similar unfortunate situation as many others. I was charged without my consent. The support team seems to be an automated system providing repetitive responses. They need to halt these charges immediately.

A scam, just like others, took £49...

A scam, just like others, deducted £49 from my account without my knowledge. It seems this company has been running this scam for years; why aren't they being prosecuted? Surely the authorities have enough evidence!

How could this occur?

£49 was claimed for a subscription I don't believe I signed up for knowingly. I flagged it as suspicious and set up a block, but there was a delay while I contacted the company, and in that time, they took the money. (The day after posting this review, I was offered a refund, which has now been received.)

Untrustworthy

I was charged £49 despite having no recollection of accessing the website. Avoid purchasing anything from this service as they are untrustworthy and WILL charge you random amounts.

They attempted to take £49 from my account. I have no idea how they obtained my card details. Fortunately, my bank noticed and declined the payment. It’s a hassle to get a new card.

SCAM ALERT

SCAM! They withdrew £49 from my account without my bank flagging it. I have no clue who this company is. I emailed them to cancel what I never signed up for. They replied, saying I clicked on something, but didn't clarify where or who they are. BE VERY CAUTIOUS!

Noticed a recurring £49 charge...

I noticed a £49 charge trying to come out of my account. When I tried to log back into the service, it said there were technical issues, preventing me from accessing my account to cancel it (despite never applying for anything). I contacted my bank and successfully canceled through them.
