I’ve always had great experiences ordering from Jeffree Star Cosmetics, and my most recent order was no different! I placed my order on September 7th and received it today, September 18th. Everything arrived safely with no damage, and all the products look, feel, and smell brand new.This time, I picked up 5 Magic Star concealers (the only concealers I truly love. I’ve tried many others but nothing compares), 2 palettes, 3 eyeliners, 1 liquid lipstick, 1 setting spray, and 1 setting powder. The setting powder in particular has such a buttery texture that I adore. As always, the quality is excellent and the packaging is stunning.My only wish is that there were more shade options for liquid lipsticks and palettes, like in the past. I’d also love to see a true black eyeliner added, since the darkest shade right now is a deep brown.Overall, I’m so happy with my purchase and will continue ordering—Jeffree Star Cosmetics never disappoints!
I ordered a mascara my roommate has been wanting for YEARS for her birthday. $40 later, I receive an open, empty package. I’ve emailed customer service TWICE about this and have heard absolutely nothing back. Don’t waste your time or your money buying from JSC, if you have any sort of problem you’re screwed and out an insane amount of money. I’ve spoken to other people and it’s not just me, they’re terrible at cancelling orders, they offer $5 refunds on $50 items that come broken, or they just don’t reply at all. There’s no working phone number for you to attempt to call if they don’t answer your emails, and from what I’ve heard they make it extremely difficult for you to do a chargeback.
Absolute terrible customer service. They are obstinate and create obstacles to avoid helping you. This used to be a superior line, it’s not the same. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I’ve been a customer over a decade, it’s unfortunate this is how they choose to do business now.

I’m convinced their “support team” is just a single hamster running on a wheel, occasionally hitting “send” on pre-written emails. 2. **Order Cancellation:** Impossible. Apparently, once you click “buy,” you’re locked into a binding contract with the cosmos. Forget buyer’s remorse—Jeffrey Star Cosmetics will make sure you feel it for eternity. 3. **Communication:** What communication? I’ve had more meaningful conversations with my cat than with anyone from this company. And let’s not even get started on the shipping times. By the time my order *eventually* arrives (if it ever does), I’ll probably have moved on to a new hobby, like knitting or underwater basket weaving. In conclusion, if you enjoy being ignored, overcharged, and treated like an inconvenience, then Jeffrey Star Cosmetics is the brand for you. For everyone else, save your money, your sanity, and your time. There are plenty of other brands out there that actually value their customers—shocking concept, I know. On 2.2., I placed an order for eyeshadows. While adding the items to my cart, I added some of them twice, but upon checkout, only one set was shown. Realizing this mistake, I immediately canceled the order—within a minute—and received an email confirming that my cancellation was prioritized due to how quickly I acted. I then reordered with the correct quantity.However, despite the cancellation confirmation, I later received an email stating that both orders had shipped. Since then, I have been trying to contact their support team via email and online chat, but no one has responded. My longest wait time on live chat was an unacceptable 3 hours and 35 minutes. I have also sent multiple follow-up emails, yet I have received no reply.
Products are good, customer service and shipping are ATROCIOUS. After placing an order I received a tracking number almost immediately but it took 16 DAYS before it actually shipped out. The quickest ways to lose customers is to provide the type of service that many have complained about on the reviews. It is why I will not order from Jeffree Star again!
