URGENT WARNING – PRYPCO’s Service Was a Disaster, and Their Claimed Association With DAMAC Damages DAMAC’s ReputationMy experience with PRYPCO during the Golden Visa process was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I am writing this review to strongly warn others.PRYPCO presents themselves as a sister company or affiliated service arm of DAMAC. Whether this is officially true or not, this is exactly how they introduce themselves to clients. Unfortunately, the level of service they provide is so poor that it seriously harms DAMAC’s reputation. A company of DAMAC’s size and name should NOT be represented this way.From the moment I paid, the service collapsed.PRYPCO demonstrated complete disorganization, negligence, and a total lack of responsibility. Critical steps were not completed, information was inaccurate, and communication was inconsistent and often nonexistent.Because of their failures, I had to fly to Dubai twice and spend a significant amount of additional money to fix mistakes that PRYPCO should have handled from the start. A process that should have been smooth, professional, and guided turned into a chaotic and extremely stressful experience.Their agents contradict each other, give wrong instructions, and operate with no structure or reliable system. Nothing about their behavior reflects professionalism. In my opinion, the way they operate feels misleading and deeply irresponsible.Anyone considering PRYPCO for Golden Visa services should be extremely careful.Their behavior not only damages their own credibility — it damages DAMAC’s reputation as well.I strongly advise staying away from PRYPCO and choosing a reputable, accountable agency instead.
I used Prypco's Golden Visa services when applying for my Golden Visa. There were many offers available on social media and Google but although was slightly on the expensive side I went with Prypco because of the trust factor. (They work closely with Damac) Overall service and speed was great. I think they also offer a lot of Real Estate related services. After my interaction with them on Visa, I also invested in Dubai real estate via their Fractional investment platform - Blocks. Highly recommended! Amazing team and company

1-Star Review: Deeply Unprofessional and Poorly Managed Experience with Prypco DubaiI rarely write reviews, but my experience with Prypco was so unprofessional that I feel it’s worth warning others. From the very beginning, the process was chaotic. The agents come across as friendly at first, but once they have your attention or documents, communication falls apart completely. They disappear for days or even weeks, then suddenly reappear with excuses like “management approval delays” or “system issues,” only to vanish again right after promising updates.There’s absolutely no consistency or accountability within this company. Every time I dealt with someone new, I had to re-explain everything from scratch because internal communication is nonexistent. It’s as if no one knows what the other person is doing. Even when you try to escalate issues to management, no one follows up — and if they do, it’s just to deflect blame rather than resolve anything.They clearly overpromise and underdeliver. What’s worse is how they simply stop responding when things get complicated. I had multiple instances where an agent would agree to a meeting or a callback and then just ghost entirely, no notice, no apology. That level of disregard for clients’ time is unacceptable, especially in Dubai’s highly competitive property market where professionalism should be the bare minimum.In short: Prypco’s operations feel completely disorganized, their agents lack reliability, and their management is either overwhelmed or simply doesn’t care. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to take your time and money elsewhere. There are plenty of real estate companies in Dubai that actually value their clients and deliver on their word — Prypco is not one of them.
